Vest is a private third-party service. We help with document preparation, checklists, and process coordination for US immigration and wealth-planning matters. We are not USCIS, the Department of State, or any government agency. We are not a law firm and not a licensed attorney.

Fees

Our service fee is separate from government filing fees (USCIS, Department of State, and similar). Government fees are set by those agencies and can change. We confirm our fee in writing before work starts.

Before You Use the Service

• Approval, denial, requests for evidence, and processing times are decided by the government. We cannot guarantee a result or a date.
• We help organize materials and keep the process moving. We do not provide legal or immigration advice and do not represent you before any agency.
• You must give complete, accurate information. False or missing facts can delay or deny a case.
