Fees

Our service fee is separate from government filing fees (USCIS, Department of State, and similar). Government fees are set by those agencies and can change. We confirm our fee in writing before work starts.

• Approval, denial, requests for evidence, and processing times are decided by the government. We cannot guarantee a result or a date.
• We help organize materials and keep work moving. We do not give legal, immigration, or investment advice, and we do not represent you before any agency.
• You must give complete, accurate information. False or missing facts can delay or deny a case.
